Hi all, I am extremely excited about my new website, it's exactly what I wanted, a clean, slick, simple but powerful site which I can make my own changes to.
I owe a great deal of thanks to the amazing design and web development team at Isoblue.com, namely Sue & Darren. Based in Draycott, Isoblue advised me on design, image and rebranding, they listened to my ideas and kept me on the straight & narrow with my crazy ideas, designed my new logo and even trained me to use the site content management system so I could look after it all myself. Further thanks go to web genius Darren for putting up with my demanding unrelenting questions over email.
The best thing I love about the new site is the portfolio galleries, they are just so simple and beautiful and load quickly. The site is versatile, there's no Adobe flash, all the galleries and slideshow images are run using javascript code, meaning the images and the site render nicely on non adobe flash friendly devices like iPhone & iPad and are lighter and less system intensive on desktop web browsers. This blog is integrated, meaning linking to pages, images and site content is easy and quicker. It's very search engine friendly and allows for any social networking integration too!
